Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your email address and name, provided through Sign in with Apple or Google when you create an account. Sign-in is OAuth-only; we never see or store a password.
• Content you create — photos and short videos of nail designs you upload, along with profile details you choose to add (such as a display name, handle, or bio) and messages, quote requests, and hiring or salon-link activity.
• Identifiers — a user account identifier that ties your content and settings to your account.

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not use third-party advertising or attribution SDKs, and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information above solely to provide and operate the service — to authenticate you, display your portfolio and profile, connect technicians and salons, deliver the features you request, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. Auto-renewable subscriptions in the Nail Design app are processed by Apple; we receive your subscription status but not your payment card details.

How your information is stored and shared

Your data is hosted by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare R2 (media storage). Apple processes subscription payments. These providers may process data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Data retention and account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the Nail Design app under Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated data — your designs, uploads, profile, and salon links. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile in the app, delete your account as described above, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
